If you want to build the future, don't look at what is working -- look for what isn't.

Every day, I add value to my team by focusing my efforts on:

  • Product Strategy: Building a plan by understanding the game we're playing and how we're keeping score
  • Prioritization: Once we understand the game, get best ideas through collaboration & communication, I start categorizing and phasing them.
  • Execution: I try to stay ahead of any potential issues to ensure that the final product strikes the right balance of time to market and success in the market.
